After being concerned about one of the larger carpet suppliers pushing back the install date after receiving my clients deposit, and then insisting on payment in full 2 days prior to the install, I called Swan Valley Carpets and Aaron and Ben were amazing - they gave great advice, sent through a few different options and in the end we got the exact same carpet for a little less, but more importantly within 3 days and without any 'full payment in advance' rules. My clients are super impressed, and I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know! Thanks again Aaron and Ben!

Highly recommended they came at short notice, didn’t take advantage of our desperate need for the carpet to be done urgently and priced competitively. Have come into some hurdles along the way outside their control with the house and they have been extremely accomodating and helpful through the whole process. Will be recommending to everybody it’s hard to find good contractors like this you can trust.

My partner and I had 4 bedrooms carpeted by Swan valley carpets. Aaron really went above and beyond rescheduling and helping out with things when we ran into some issues with skirting installation and a painter. Lee and the crew had the old scratched up floor boards out and the carpet installed in no time.
